FAQ · 常见问题
Where do I find my referral link?
Sign in to the GSC Portal and open My referrals. You can copy your code or full link there, and see who has used it.
What counts as a paid referral?
A family who signed up through your link and then enrolled and paid for a GSC course. Signing up on its own doesn't count.
Do the rewards add up?
Yes. Each tier is earned once, so by 5 paid referrals you would have received 1 hour, then 2 more hours, then 5,000 THB store credit.
Does store credit expire?
No, credit doesn't expire unless an expiry is noted when it's issued.
How do I use my tutoring hours?
When you reach a tutoring tier, claim the hours on your Parent dashboard (My referrals → Claim hours). They go to your linked child's tutoring balance, and you book sessions from Parent Home → Tutoring. If a balance isn't available, GSC will contact you to schedule them.
Can I refer myself or my own family?
No. Self-referrals aren't allowed, and each new account can only be linked to one referrer.
